There are many Manufacturing processing methods on pipe fittings.  Many also belong to the category of machining class, the most widely used method is stamping, forging method, roller processing method, rolling method, bulging method, stretching, bending method, and a combination of processing methods. Tube processing is machining and metal pressure processing of organic combination.

To illustrate the following:

Forging method: using a swaging machine or a part of the tube ends to be rushed stretch, reducing the outer diameter, commonly have a rotary swaging machine, link type, roller.

Bending method: There are three methods more commonly, a method called stretching method, another method called stamping method, and the third is that we are more familiar with the roller method, 3-4 rolls, two fixed rollers, an adjustment roll, pitch adjustment fixed roll, finished pipe is curved.And for the higher bending radius bend, such as 3D,5D,7D bends, they are manufactured in hebei haihao by the hot induction bending method.  A wider application of this approach, if the production of spiral curvature also increases.

Bulging method: one is placed in a rubber tube, with the top of the compression punch, forming the tube protruding; Another method is forming a hydraulic bulging in the middle of the tube filled with liquid, the shape of the tube by fluid pressure into the desired drum like we used most of the production of bellows using this method.
